Whether crafting their signature Tres Fuertes Blend or rotating single-origin releases, Theory’s goal remains the same — to reveal each coffee’s fullest potential while honoring the hands that produced it.

Theory’s dedication to excellence has earned them national recognition. Most recently winning the Roastronix Pro Cup roasting competition in 2024. They’ve also been crowned Small Franchise Champion at the Golden Bean North America competition (2023), taking home two golds, one silver, and three bronze medals in a single year — alongside a Gold Medal for Espresso in 2018.

Their head roaster recently placed 6th in the nation at the U.S. Coffee Roasting Championship, and the company has been featured in Fresh Cup Magazine as one of the top 30 coffee roasters in North America.
