How Membership Works

Welcome!
You sign up and make your first payment. You're in the Podium Coffee Club and we’re delighted to have you!

Roasting
You can look forward to your first coffee arriving within 10-14 days. All Podium coffees are shipped within 24 hours of roasting, so your coffee is exceptionally fresh.

Billing
After your initial order is fulfilled, Podium Platinum and Podium Gold orders are processed for payment on the 1st of each subsequent month and are shipped between the 10th - 15th of each month.

Subscription
Then, every month you receive a new and exceptional coffee from an award-winning roaster. So you know the coffee you're drinking is among the best of the best.
