How Membership Works

    You sign up and make your first payment. You're in the Podium Coffee Club and we’re delighted to have you!

  • Roasting

    You can look forward to your first coffee arriving within 10-14 days. All Podium coffees are shipped within 24 hours of roasting, so your coffee is exceptionally fresh.

  • Billing

    After your initial order is fulfilled, Podium Platinum and Podium Gold orders are processed for payment on the 1st of each subsequent month and are shipped between the 10th - 15th of each month

  • Yes, if you’re subscribed to Podium Platinum or Podium Gold you will receive a different coffee from a different champion roaster each month. 

  • Supremely fresh. All coffees are shipped within 24 hours of being roasted to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Yes! Edit, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime. Unlike other coffee clubs, if we don’t send you great coffees, you can dump us! 

  • Yes. Podium Coffee Club is the only coffee club to feature the best coffees from the most highly awarded US roasters. In addition, we’ve eliminated fixed-term contracts, and only send ultra-fresh whole bean coffees shipped within 24 hours of roasting. We’re the only coffee club to do things to this standard. Grocery store coffee has a long supply chain—from roasting, to packaging, to shipping, to sitting on the shelf, meaning your coffee is usually stale before it reaches your cup.We’ve built Podium Coffee Club to feature better, fresher, and more delicious coffees than any found in a grocery store.

  • This is an excellent question, and an important one! Roasting coffee is a highly-skilled business. With great coffees, a talented roaster will highlight the intrinsic character of the coffee beans, and not seek to override the coffee with over-roasting dimensions like smokiness. Over-roasting is often done to hide poor coffee.

    Exceptional coffees, like those from Podium Coffee Club, are usually light or light-to-medium roasted (because they have more to offer and less to hide!). Flavor complexity, sweetness, acidity, and body are all balanced to create coffees that surpass mainstream offerings.

    We send the best coffee beans, roasted to perfection by the top 1% of US coffee roasting talent, to allow the intricacies of their specific flavors to shine.

  • In 2024 and 2025, we are working with coffee roasters who have been awarded at one of the 3 major US coffee awards. US Coffee Championships, Good Food Awards, and Golden Bean Awards.

  • Podium Platinum and Podium Gold are dispatched between the 10th and 15th of the month.
