This limited lot by Jairo Arcila showcases an abnormal process that involves the introduction of wine yeast and lychee fruit during the fermentation stage. The results are intense flavors that will transport your tastebuds to the tropics, once again proving how Jairo is pushing the boundaries of how coffee can taste.
